Superman met his end at the end of Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice at the hands of Doomsday, but not before taking the monstrosity down. Wonder Woman actress Gal Gadot didn't reveal if fans would be seeing him in Justice League, but she did give the young fan some hope.

Gadot said, "We can't say much, but if you're a big fan of Superman you're going to love Justice League." The Man of Steel has been featured in several posters for Justice League, but he's been absent from any footage and trailers thus far. Steppenwolf was treated the same way until today, so odds are Superman is being saved for the big promotional push in October and November. Wonder Woman is in theaters now, and will be followed by Justice League on November 17, 2017; Aquaman on July 27, 2018; Shazam on April 5, 2019; Justice League 2 on June 14, 2019; Cyborg on April 3, 2020; and Green Lantern Corps on July 24, 2020. The Flash, The Batman, Dark Universe and Man of Steel 2 are currently without a release dates.
