It has bogged nations. Hindi nga kaya ng Amerika, tayo pa?” he said during a business forum in Mandaluyong City Wednesday night. “Amerika is under siege because of drugs. And they are far worse than us. Yes, of course, they do not admit it,” he said. He said US President Donald Trump and has even copied his bold warning to “waste them all” amid the resurgence of opioid drug use in America. “Until now, I said, they’re fighting a useless war there that never ends. And the sad part of it is that most of the drugs are provided by their good neighbors,” he said. The President earlier backed out of a campaign promise to eliminate the threat of illegal drugs in the first six months in office. He claimed he was unaware about the extent of the drug problem until he assumed office in Malacañang.
